I've been using this nasal dilator for a week, and I definitely notice an improvement in my breathing at night. It's comfortable, and I hardly even notice it's there after a few minutes.

Not a bad product at all. It's simple, effective, and doesn’t feel weird once you get used to it. It’s a good alternative to using nasal sprays all the time.

Honestly wasn’t sure if it would do much, but it’s helped with my snoring a bit. My partner says I’ve been quieter, so that’s a win. Not uncomfortable either
